Questions for Opening  Internet Account

Can not login problem
When clients log into their accounts, they find the message window of “Your username or password is incorrect, please re-enter username and password”.

Clients may enter the wrong username and password. They should ensure that you enter your password at right font as same as they set/receive their password.

Clients also oversee "Num lock bottom" whether it turns on and make sure "Caps Lock bottom" is selected as same as their password.

Please be noted that username for Internet trading account number will end with 3, not 0. For an instance, Cash account is 01-444440 and Internet account is 01-444443


After clients can log into their accounts, they open Internet trading or Streaming and find message window "Sorry! You don’t have permission to access this page". This can be from the following reason(S):

You have not logged in yet

Time out occurred

You don’t have enough access privilege

Please follows the bellowed steps

Going to menu bar of Internet Explorer > Tools> Click "Internet Options"

On General tab of Internet Option sub menu. Clients have to

Delete Cookies > OK

Delete Files > tick in the box of "Delete all offline content" > OK

Going to Security tab > Custom Level > Reset to > Medium-low >OK

Going to Privacy tab > advance> tick in the boxes of "Override automatic cookies handling" and "Always allow session cookies" > OK

Closing all webpages and restarting your computer.


Internet Trading can not be opened and message window "The page can not display" may appear.

Going to menu bar of Internet Explorer > Tools >

Pop-up Blocker > if it shows "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker", please click it and then it will change to "Turn on Pop-up Blocker". In opposite, if it shows "Turn on Pop-up Blocker", do nothing.

Or Pop-up Manager > take the tick out in front of "Block Pop-up Windows"

If there are no both "Pop-up Blocker" and "Pop-up Manager", please check whether MSN, Yahoo, and Google toolbars are downloaded on your computer by observing toolbars on the webpage.

For Yahoo toolbar : Going to Menu "Start" > Setting > Control Panel > removing "Yahoo Companion, Yahoo Customization, Yahoo Internet Mail" and if it is removed successfully, message box of Yahoo Messenger Explorer Bar was removed successfully will be shown.

For Google toolbar : Normally this toolbar is found on the right side of "Address". Clicking "Google toolbar" > Option > take the tick out of the box of "Popup Blocker" > OK > refresh

For MSN toolbar : Monitoring whether there is the tick in the box of "Popup Blocked". If yes, please take the tick out and the icon will be changed from "Popup Blocked" to "Allow Pop-ups" > refresh


What to do if clients would like to change login password?

After logging into their accounts, they can change their login password by clicking "Investor Profile" > Change Login password > Putting the existing password on Old password box and new password (can be alphabet or numeric but not exceed 10) in new password box > confirming new password on box of "Confirm New Password" > Update Investor Profile
