Our Streaming service can assist you in your investment decision-making. There are 6 main menus as follow

It is the first page on steaming service that we would like to recommend for our clients. Market Watch features all the main functions and real-time stock price information in one page.

This page acts as interchange station to other menus: Portfolio, 3Bids /3Offers, Ticker, Stock Summary and Settings by moving mouse to each menu.

Showing overall market status that has included Set Index, Market volume, Pre-open, Open, Intermission, etc

Representing information transmission system of streaming program. There are 2 types of information transmission system that can be observed on the top- right corner

Push - When information is updated, the system will send information toward Streaming program immediately

Pull - Streaming program will pull information from the system.

Every time clients access Steaming service. Steaming program will select more suitable information transmission system for you automatically.

Market Watch represents full and useful information of each stock. It can be divided into 3 main areas as below:
Area 1 : Realtime Quote Area

Demonstrating the stock list in term of Bids/Offers’ volume and value, closed price, last price, change in price in term of percentage and number.

Selecting the choices of MAI, Most Active Volume, Most Active Value, Top Gainer, Top loser and Favorite 1-5, Main board, Foreign board, All counters in the box of selections.

Grouping your favorite stocks in “Market Watch” function by clicking add bottom and type the name of stock on the first line under Symbol column. In deleting stock, only select the stock and click ‘Delete’. This program allows clients set 10 favorite stocks for each favorite. There are Favorite 1 to 5 selections and total stocks are 50 stocks.

Area 2 : 3 Bids / 3 Offers
Featuring 3 best bids and offers including trade volume, floor and ceiling price, average price, last executed price, value, change in price in term of percentage and number by typing specified stock in the box of ‘Quick View' or moving mouse to selected stock in Real time Quote area.

Area 3 : Ticker
It is located on the right side and displays real-time movement of last traded transactions of all stocks in the market, shows buy and sell window, purchasing power and order status

Market Watch also provides ‘Placing order area’
Clients can buy and sell their stocks on this page by entering the stock symbol, choosing buy/sell and identifying the quantity and price required. Placing order process will be completed by typing trading password and click “Submit”. The order will be sent to the SET. The status of order is updated by clicking “Refresh Status” icon.

For foreign investors, please tick in the box of NVDR when trading.

Deal data

This is for investors to view details of Match Order. It is next to Cancel bottom.

Cancel

Canceling order method is easily done by ticking in the box in front of the selected order and clicking “Cancel” icon next to “Order Status”. When the order is cancelled, status will change to ‘Cancelled’, too. For canceling many orders, just tick every box in front of selected orders and click cancel bottom for one time. Every order you select will be cancelled. The order can be cancelled when its status is queuing.

Refresh

Clicking this bottom for updating your order status and portfolio

On this area, it provides the details of account credit limit. Clients can update your credit status (it will be adjusted according to transaction) by clicking ‘Refresh’ bottom.

Line Available

is the remaining line available. For an instance, when buying, line available will be reduced. When selling, line available will be increased. In case line available is equal to zero, clients can not trade any stocks

Cash Available

Money is deposited with KGI

It has consisted of 2 parts as follows:

Portfolio demonstrates the stock list in account and the details of actual volume, average price, amount, market price, market value, total, unrealize P/L, realize P/L and % P/L

Placing order area (The same as in Market Watch)

It represents 3best bid and offer for each stock. Six stocks will be shown together with intraday chart on the first page through manual method or from favorite selection. In meantime, clients can change the page by clicking ‘Next Page’ or ‘Previous Page’ bottom next to ‘Selection to View’.

Displays real-time movement of last traded transactions of all stocks in the market, shows buy and sell window, purchasing power and order status. Ticker has 3 columns from the left to the right and 23 stocks for each column. (Please reference to ticker in Market Watch)

It contains the details of transaction for specified stock individually. This can be done easily by putting stock symbol in the box of ‘Entering Stock Symbol’ and then click OK. The selected stock will show its last price, average buy and sell price, change, % change, volume, value, best bids/offers, day low/high, closing price, close, floor, ceiling, ticker, intraday chart. Moreover, fundamental information is provided deliberately by selecting ‘Click here to SIMS’. On this page, clients can also place the order and view theirs order status and information as same as in Market Watch.

It has consisted of 6 sub-menus as follows

Change PIN

When receiving trading password (issued by KGI), clients need to change before trading on this sub-menu. Trading password must be not exceeded 6 numeric by entering trading password you receive in ‘Trading Password’ and putting the new one in ‘Enter New Trading Password’ and reconfirming the new trading password in ‘Confirm New Trading Password’ and then click ‘Submit’. If it is completed, message window will show ‘Change Trading Password is successful’.

NVDR

For foreign clients, please tick in the box of NVDR and close ‘Setting’ window. They will see the tick in front of NVDR every time in trading. If clients do not want, they can take the tick out of the box and close ‘Setting’.

Comfirm Popup

Every time clients place order and message window of reconfirm the order will appear. If clients do not want this message window to pop up, please tick in the box of ‘Confirm Popup’. Consequently, tick in the box will be disappeared.

Reject Code

provides the meaning of order status reject code in English.
